1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using YourWay CRM's customer relationship management (CRM) service ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

YourWay CRM provides a cloud-based CRM platform that allows businesses to:

  • Manage customer contacts and relationships
  • Schedule and manage appointments
  • Send messages and communications
  • Process payments for services
  • Track business analytics and performance

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and current information
  • Maintain the security of your password and account
  • Promptly notify us of any unauthorized access
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

4. Subscription Plans and Pricing

Free Trial: New users receive a 7-day free trial with full access to Pro features. No credit card is required for the trial.

Paid Plans: After the trial period, you may choose from our available subscription plans:

  • Free Plan: Limited features at no cost
  • Basic Plan: Standard features for small businesses
  • Pro Plan: Full feature access with advanced capabilities

Prices are in Euros and do not include applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

5. Payment Terms

  • Payments are processed through Stripe, a third-party payment processor
  • Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
  • You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis
  • Failed payments may result in service suspension
  • No refunds are provided for partial months of service

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Infringe on the rights of others
  • Send spam or unsolicited communications
  • Upload malicious code or viruses
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Store or transmit illegal content
  • Resell the Service without authorization

7. Your Data

You retain all rights to the data you upload to the Service ("Your Data"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to:

  • Store and process Your Data to provide the Service
  • Create backups for disaster recovery
  • Generate anonymized, aggregated statistics

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and process any personal data of your customers through our Service.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by YourWay CRM and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may:

  • Perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice when possible
  • Experience downtime due to technical issues beyond our control
  • Modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
  • We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding 12 months
  • We are not liable for any loss of data, business, or profits

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless YourWay CRM, its directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the Service
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any rights of a third party

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for:

  • Breach of these Terms
  • Non-payment of fees
  • Fraudulent or illegal activity
  • At your request

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may export your data within 30 days of termination, after which it may be deleted.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Greece, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Athens, Greece.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of any material changes via email or through the Service.

Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
